Because I won’t be sporting anything similar anytime soon. I’ve made peace with our incredibly hot summer. But as August approaches I start to turn the leaf over to some autumn inspiration and my mind slowly begins to make the shift to the new season fashion. I’ve never owned a leather skirt, but this is the model I would go for: the classic cut and knee length nicely balance down the edgy effect given by the fabric and front slit, making it the ideal leather skirt. This look, of a so much sought for seeming casualness, is definitely part of my fall wardrobe guide.
I wish you a lovely week!

Love it. And I’ve had autumn on my mind for weeks, but I “blame” the Dutch weather for it 🙂
Happy new week, Ada! x
Our very hot London weather seems to be over so I did my first bit of autumn shopping over the weekend. I bought a pair of faux leather leggings and if I love them, my next step will be a leather skirt. This one you found is beautiful!
Happy Monday Ada! I have never owned a leather skirt either, but started searching for the perfect one a couple of months ago. So if you find the one, let me know! xoxo
Interesting, last year it took me such a long time to embrace autumn but now I’m so in the mood for autumn colours and August isn’t even here yet!
It’s been years since I wore a leather skirt but who knows what will happen in the future.
I know what you mean! I typically never want summer to end, but there’s something appealing about fall this year. Fashion is definitely part of it!
I wore my leather skirt and jumper like this back in late 1990 early 2000 plus laced boots. It’s always been one of my favourite combinations. Very beautiful and will look so gorgeous on you! x
Have a wonderful week, Ada. The skirt inspiration is really chic.
I can see how you would look really good in a leather skirt Ada, I am sort of hankering for one, but worry that because I’m tall, it would be just too much leather on one person, ha! Hope you had a wonderful weekend!

Alexa completely nails this look with her effortless style. I love it paired with the neutral top + clutch! While you are waiting for fall, I cannot wait for spring to arrive here! xx
SUCH a gorgeous image! It’s sweltering here in Hong Kong too, won’t be wearing any leather for a while yet…
I’d love a leather skirt too! xxx
I purchase a leather skirt from a vintage fair! Yes, you heard me, I was reticent at first, but when I put it on me, it was perfect, so I had no doubts, it was mine a minute later! It is pink, hemline over the knees (just a little bit) and I am still looking for the right shoes (except for my ankle autumn heels) to match it. Ada, I do not want to think about autumn, not yet :*
Love the leather skirt!!!
