I enjoy discovering the history behind every fashion piece, I like finding out how it came to life and how it evolved in time, I love reading into fashion. It’s just the case with Diane Von Furstenberg: The Wrap. Diane von Furstenberg arrived in the fashion world in 1972 with her simple knit jersey wrap dresses. “I design for the woman who loves being a woman.” It became her signature piece, with an iconic status in the fashion world. And she continues to create every collection making sure that, as style.com says, “there is no shortage of feminine frills” there. Have a lovely weekend!
Nu e fascinant sa descifrezi istoria fiecarei piese de moda, sa descoperi cum a luat nastere si cum a evoluat in timp? Este si scopul cartii Diane Von Furstenberg: The Wrap. Weekend placut!
The wrap dress, of course, and my favorite outfit from this season’s collection. I liked it much more than the spring-summer 2011 one.

I’ve never tried the warp but so mnay of my friends Loooove that the dress and they are huge DVF fans just for that reason.
I love the pictures you’ve chosen for this post. Tocmai citeam despre Diane von Fürstenberg inainte sa vad postul tau. I thought the McQueen dress Michelle Obama wore to the State Dinner was beautiful, nu inteleg ce a nemultumit-o pe Diane.
@Laura
I liked the dress too. I don’t know about Diane’s remarks on Michelle Obama’s choice.
Uie aici articolul.
@Laura
