It feels like winter. This autumn has flown by, the last leaves are falling from the trees leaving room for the coat of snow, because, as always, I’m hoping for a white Christmas. Isn’t it amazing how every season and every month surprises you every year by simply making you rediscover it and the joys it holds? And although December is still a little over a week away, this is definitely the time for romantic make-up and cosy layers. Have a wonderful week!

How wonderful; I would love to have a white Christmas. I love the layering look to keep cozy (despite the fact I am trying to keep cool!. Have wonderful week Ada xx
Love the pictures! It is indeed time for layering. I have started mine! xoxo
It does start to feel like winter! Lovely images, dreamy!
Have a great week!!!
I love the idea of romantic makeup and cozy layers — it’s perfect!
I’ll settle for white Christmas if the sun promises to shine too!
Just got back home and it’s definitely getting colder.
PS. Okay, I promise to post the sweet potato + pecans recipe, just for you π By the way, I’ve cooked the Brussels sprouts side dish with chicken and everyone loved it. Just make sure to use salt if you try that version.
Fashionable and warm! Love the photos!
I love the dark rich neutrals you chose
I am looking forward to lots of layering during the cold weather! Great inspiration photos!
Oh a white christmas sounds so romantic! I love the images here Ada, they are perfect for the brink of winter! Hope you are staying warm and happy this Monday just before the holidays!

Ohhh all of these looks are soooo dreamy!!! I can’t believe Dec is almost a week away! I wish my frizzy hair looked that chic. π
How fabulous are these photos! Love them (and the clothes, of course!) … I’m really looking forward to the holiday season this year more than I have in the past several. One reason is that I’ve moved and reworked some things in my schedule so that I can fit in a little more fun time during the holidays! Hope yours if a wonderful season too, sweets! xoxo

I’m excited for winter myself. It’s so true what you say about every month makes you rediscover why you love it π

Hi Ada! If only I can play with layers but I live in a place where I can wear tank tops all year round. But I really want to move to a colder place just to have fun with all the sweaters, scarves, jackets and coats! xoxoxoo
Hey Ada!
Great fashion story π
How’ve you been? Haven’t heard from you in a while.

Hi, Nicole. I’ve been having problems posting comments on several blogs. I don’t know what the problem is, no error occurs, but the comments aren’t published.
All your comments went directly into the spam! I do not know why, but you can e-mail the others to tell them about the problem. I did not check the spam so I thought you just don’t like my posts anymore :)))) NOT! glad we solve that out!
ha ha. I had this problem with another blogger and solved it today as well. I noticed this on your blog and the other one because they are among my regular reads, I hope there are not others as well. Anyway, I always check the spams too, because comments from my regular readers go sometimes there, so it’s good to make sure. π
Wow, this kind of clothes is what I need a day like today!!
I love piling on the layers in the cold. Although, by January I’m over it and want to skip to summer. But there’s truly nothing like that feeling of thick, woolly, warm layers against cool skin.
Oh I know. I’m over it by January as well. But for now I’m enjoying the cosiness of it all. π
Last year I found out that I am a totally fur clothes lover, so the first two pictures are just the thing I need for this cold bad weather!!! And I am also a tulle skirts person, so your post, Ada, is so me (ok and another 847230947207 fashionistas :D)! Have a nice day! :*
I love the hairstyle, little extravagant, but with that type of clothes, works perfectly!
Gorgeous – i love winter layers – the knits are fab – that last scarf – yum x
