Three Classic Pieces with A Twist for Spring

Three classic items for spring-dress with pockets-Maddison Brown by Beau Grealy
Classic pieces which get a little makeover are the best way to simplify your wardrobe choices for a new season. Here are three items I would wear to move in and out of the day this spring, enabling me to stay true to my style, while adding a twist to my look.

The little black dress – so classic, but when finished off with a refreshing detail, like pockets, the result is so modern. A dress with pockets feels young and comfortable and has an easy air about it. It doesn’t have to be black, you can choose navy, white or beige, whatever works best for you.

Three classic pieces for spring-pinstriped blazer
The blazer is always relevant, but the pinstripe blazer is more interesting. I wouldn’t wear any type of pinstripes, but this one is note-perfect. It comes with the reassurance of a classic, but it brings along an unexpected vibe as well.

Three classic items for spring-Bottega Veneta woven leather shoes-1
This spring I’ve been wearing my pointy-toe black pumps day in, day out. The shoes I would wear just as often would be a pair of high-heeled woven leather slingbacks. I’ve always wanted a pair. They would put some romance in my step this spring, plus, they promise to go with everything. The only down point is that they are very hard to find, unless you want to splurge on these. They are beautiful indeed and meant to last a lifetime!
