Or isn’t it an option for you? Does fashion have to represent the figure faithfully or are you willing to experiment with more abstract shapes? These Roksanda Ilincic and Maison Martin Margiela tops are not exactly my style, but I love their severe elegance.

I think you have to be pretty petite to be able to pull off wearing those shapes, but I do adore them ๐ (also, that overoversized clutch is a-ma-zing!) x
Definitely, Christine. Your figure should dictate whether you could or could not pull off this kind of shapes. But all that aside…
Definitely the lantern sleeve for me… I think I’ve worn something similar in the past already… its gorgeous. Besides I think we all need to ‘mis’represent the figure sometimes (or often as the case may be) to play on height and size. xx
i love pieces like this and in the past have bought them for their beauty but they wear me and not visa versa – so i have stopped buying them – but i too admire them – a lot xxx

I don’t think I could pull this off, but its definitely fun to see other people work this look! The oversized clutch is the perfect accessory to the look xx
Playing with proportions and extravagant silhouettes is the beauty of fashion. I love the tops portarits in your pictures (imagine wearing them with simple cigarette trousers…). I agree that they are not ‘easy’ pieces, but if you wear them well they give so much character and elegance.
I really love your blog!!! If you want take a look at my new blog!! Follow each other on GFC and Bloglovin?? Let me know!!! Kiss dear ๐
I would love love loooooooooooooove that white blouse as well as that pink dress she designed, but I am not too sure about Margiela as it’s a bit too edgy for me.

It pains me to admit this but I might be a little โboringโ when it comes to fashion. Although I can appreciate these forms from afar, I would feel like a total imposter wearing them! Thank goodness there are other daring individuals out there or else the world would be a very boring place!
I love the first picture and would wear that. The 2nd one is more daring…xoxo
How to say it in English, Ada?…a little bit \pretentioase\ :))) but I love them! Hope you had a wonderful day with the weather outside! ;*
I absolutely love the look and would wear pieces like this, especially the first blouse with lantern sleeves. It’s fabulous! ๐
Ada,
I think the first blouse is stunning. Maybe it’s a little bit bigger on the model but its delicacy is an absolute beauty.
Love the looks. So classy and sleek!
i love pieces like these that are so architectural… amazing!
So cool! Love those sleeves!!
These pieces are gorgeous, feminine, without being over powering. They are much more than fashion items and take on the thought of art work.
They aren’t exactly my style either, though I can respect their beauty
x
These tops are totally my style…if only I could afford it ๐
I love those bell-shaped sleeves – simply stunning.

These are wonderful! I’m really excited when the fabric takes such particular shapes, as we can see in the new CDG collection.
