Good morning everyone! I hope you spent a wonderful Christmas. After a much anticipated mini-break, that as all good things in life, has passed too quickly, and still no snow, today I needed a little style inspiration. Checkers and knitted sweaters seem to work so well together for these cold winter days. My favourite piece has to be the Gérard Darel patched blazer: made of fine shetland wool, chic, modern, quintessentially French, this could easily become one of my winter wardrobe essentials.

Hello, darling! I missed you and your posts so much! Hope you had a lovely Christmas and enjoyed your much needed break. You always choose such beautiful wardrobe pieces, I especially love the sweaters from 1, 2 and 4 photos and the COS skirt from the 4th picture.
Wishing you a wonderful day, sweetheart!

cosy and warm fabrics, nice!
It has been such a surreal winter hasn’t it? Barely cold at all (not complaining too much!), but it really doesn’t leave much for layering!
I love your choices here and I say yes to patchwork and capes! I hope you had a lovely Christmas and all the best for the New Year.
