Holding on to summer: Claudie Pierlot

It was yesterday that I discovered the French label Claudie Pierlot and in my stubborn attempt to hold on to summer as long as I can I’ve decided to share some looks from their summer collection. After all, at 30+°C outside, it’s a little difficult to think in terms of fall fashion, don’t you think? The collection is true to the very deffinition of Parisian chic (the brand was in fact created for the little women in Paris), including the model, who recalls the looks and times of Brigitte Bardot.

A little preppy style, a lot more offbeat chic, it has quite a few pieces that have caught my eye: the tribal motif skirt, one of my favourite items, back revealing tops or dresses (another element that I’m particularly fond of), loafers and white blazers, shorts and wedges, messy buns, bright lipstick and pretty floral print headbands, cute ballerinas and an array of white, black and nude dresses which are so lovely that I would wear one for each day of this week. And wait to see their autumn collection…
