Ok, so yesterday I almost gave in. To fall collections that is. I will terribly miss the summer, but the rich colours, patterns, textures, tailoring, these always win me over and remind me just how much I love autumn fashion. A gap between two meetings lead me to to the stores, of course. It was just window-shopping for yesterday, but today that might change. I almost purchased the H&M orange dress that Freja is wearing in the ad campaign. If I had had time to hit the fitting room just to make sure, it would probably have been mine. It’s so ’60s style and paired with a diversity of brown shades like camel, copper or beige, it is perfect to play up the cozy feel of the coming fall.
I hope you have a wonderful (still summer) weekend!

Fabulous! Loving those chic coats! Have a lovely weekend, Kellie xx
Great collection and lovely colours!
I was never a fan of orange with beige and brown, but I don’t know what happened with me lately :D. Even if the summer was full of bright colors (I told you that my first choice will always be a neon pink or neon green over black or beige or brown), my last choice for a dress was the combination above also mentioned by you (orange, brown, beige and a little bit of demure yellow :P). This is why I love fashion!!! 😀
I love this collection! I hate autumn but I love autumn fashion so I can’t wait to start shopping the new season. I think I should make time and come to Bucharest because we don’t have H&M in Constanta 🙁
They’re both so gorgeous it would make me give into fall, too!

Girl, run back over, try that stunning dress on and purchase it!! Love your idea to pair it with caramel or copper! Deliciously fall! I can’t wait to head to NYC in a few weeks to check one of my fave stores out! Sadly, we don’t have one here in NC.
I’ll do a window-shopping tour during the w-e even if I agree with you that thinking that summer is over is very sad…The H&M campaign looks very interesting, but I want to have a closer look at the materials…

@Not Just A Pretty Dress
Oh yes, I’m with you regarding the fabrics. I don’t like compromising when it comes to good quality. 🙂
@Little Rus
I’m very picky too, Little Rus, hence I need to go again to really look at the clothes, but the fabric of the dress felt really nice.
Really like those sweaters! Frankly, H&M campaigns are always beatiful, but I tend to be very picky when it comes to actually buying their clothes. x
Great pieces!
Loving the colors!;)
P.S. Enter a GIVEAWAY on FASHION IMPERATIVE! ^^

Oh, I know what you mean! I’m torn too and about ready to give in. These looks are fantastic, and I’m loving the models’ hair as well.
I’m with you! It actually almost makes me look forward to fall. I’ve been seeing such gorgeous pieces lately that I’m starting to entertain the idea 🙂
Have a wonderful weekend, Ada! xoxo
50’s! My Mum used to wear similar clothes when she was 20 🙂
Hmm.. more like 60’s 🙂
I loved the campaign! Everything perfect!
Have a nice day!

@Claire
I know, Claire, it’s orange! Somehow my posts and mood evolve around orange these days. 😉
love love love! An H&M needs to open up here asap! I rather shop in person than online!
Cute! I don’t want to look at fall yet, but these pretty colors are pulling me in…Hope you have a lovely weekend Ada!

I admit that I have long ago fallen for the mustard that is popping out. I have such a complex relationship with yellow – due to my pale complexion. But it can actually work… or am I just “fashion victim forcing” it?
I love this collection!! It has the exactly combination of colors I love most!!
Have a lovely weekend!!

I really like what I’m seeing here! They finally opened up the first H&M here in Dallas and the lines were crazy–over a thousand people lining up to go in the doors, so I might have to wait a bit to see these clothes in person!!
@Kate@Travelmoon
Kate, when they opened the H&M stores in Bucharest last year I couldn’t believe the lines in the first days. But from what you’ve described, Dallas outdid it.
ohhh, i see a lot of lovely things! 🙂
I’m so with you Ada, I could have written part of this post. I’m giving in to autumn fashion, definitely. I was in H&M on Saturday and saw some really nice outfits but I have to say that I was more drawn to the outfits in Zara. I saw a few things there I’d like to try on soon. But I love the H&M campaign, the girls are beautiful and the colours of the clothes are wonderful.
@Latte Lisa
I must pay a visit to Zara too. I’m afraid it’s going to be garder and harder to resist the fall fashion, although we’re now experiencing the hottest week in the entire summer. 🙂
LOVE!
