There is one particular look that I like to revisit each and every autumn, and once I’ve worn it, I know that fall is here to stay. It’s my way of welcoming the new season. I’m talking about a wool blazer worn over a simple and cosy sweater and cinched with a, preferably distressed, leather belt (the look is usually completed by a pair of jeans). I like to throw a scarf in the mix as well, in a different texture and pattern than the blazer, because this play of fabrics is one of the things that make fall fashion so beautiful. Of course, the idea is to embrace the style before the weather turns too cold, which is one more reason to hope for a long, mild autumn.
