Believe me, I hold on to every single day of summer left, but when I saw these I knew I had to have another autumn fashion moment on my blog. I liked this look into the future helped by the mood and classic fall essentials in this beautiful photo shoot.
Let’s talk a little about the clothes. From the first glance I recognised the Ralph Lauren, Chloé and Burberry Prorsum looks, but I had to do a little research for the first one. It’s Hermès and it’s my favourite, the one that truly stands out for me. But I can assure you that when I saw it on on the runway I wasn’t at all impressed. A matter of styling. High heels, red lipstick, tucked-in tie, cardigan sleeves turned up, shirt cuffs leaving room for the watch … and you have a completely new look. That boy-meets-girl style that I absolutely love. A stylist’s eye makes the difference and even a one-designer outfit can be taken to another level with just a few touches. We wouldn’t see fashion through the same eyes without the work of the stylists and fashion editors and that’s why I think it’s just to properly credit them whenever I publish editorial photos.
I wish you a wonderful weekend!

I’m already embracing autumn so these outfits are right up my street. I especially loved the belted coat in the last picture… the skirt is beautiful too! Have a great weekend Ada!

The autumn lokos are amazing! I get at least once a week the change to try them on, haha, the weather goes up and down over here. Enjoy the weekend xoxo
That’s beautiful!!! I’ll have to pin the first and third photos as outfit inspiration and the last one for the cuteness factor. 🙂
Have a wonderful day, darling!

Actually, I’m getting the autumn fashion feeling a little bit early this year, I cannot wait to have those September issues in my hands. That first look is gorgeous! I don’t even remember having seen that Hermès cardigan on the runway. Bravo stylist Vanessa Bellugeon whoever you are!
Have a wonderful weekend, Ada
Have a beautiful weekend. xx
I get excited each and every year at this time for fall fashion as I leaf through the pages of the September issues at the beach 🙂 Lovely editorial and such wonderful styling. You’re right to give credit because they really make the look.
Have a wonderful weekend, Ada! xoxo
I think the third look might be my favourite and overall the ‘boy-meets-girl’ style you described in your post is such a great ‘contemporary classic’. I’m so curious to see if I’ll manage to channel the trousers-focus looks that we will see in the FW. Generally, it’s very hard to find a pair of trousers that suits me well, but I’m intrigued by the ankle-lenght style, also in cold months, because then you can be even more creative with socks and shoes. Ada, thank you for the inspiration and I wish you a lovely w-e!
Oh my goodness, I could not agree with you more–I was actually a bit disappointed when I watched their streaming video, but lately I’ve changed my mind and it’s one of my favorite collections, I want so many of the pieces. Have a happy weekend Ada!
