The weather seems to be the only thing guiding my outfits lately. I can only think in terms of breezy dresses, skirts and shorts. And you can so easily elevate your short pants look by choosing the right fabric and cut, adding a versatile striped top, blazer and fedora hat. This first look conveys an urban effortlessness that I am keen to embrace and the lack of any kind of jewellery makes me love it even more. Shift to denim, loose white shirt and straw hat and you are set for the weekend. So simple! It’s all in the texture and a little styling.
Have a great week everyone!

Both these outfits looks so effortless, the hats are the finishing touch! I wish I could be thinking in terms of breezy fabrics. Hope you have a great new week 🙂
That first look is so cute. I love the blazer and fedora with the shorts. Welcome to the new week Ada:)x
That is nice and easy look! Love it! xoxo
Oh, yes! This is a summer perfection for me, too, although I am yet to get back to the shorts… still feel like I need better legs for that.
Hope you had a wonderful weekend, sweetheart and wishing you a beautiful week!

Ah yes, now these are perfect! I am still on the hunt for a perfect fedora – I love the white one in the second picture.
Both of these looks are so effortless + chic and you are so right about the layering of different textures – it really can transform a look. I adore the first look, the fedora looks gorgeous + the minimal jewellery is refreshing! xx
You’re so right! All I seem to want to wear lately are easy, light, summery pieces. Anything white or striped is perfect!
With the weather we’re having over here I’m afraid these simple and beautiful outfits won’t do … until that happens I should maybe use the time to get my legs into shape!
Of course, my fedora and my shorts are already packed, Ada! 🙂
Oooh classy and yet very casual. Love love that first look!
I just love this look, Ada. I’ve been living in my fedora this summer 🙂
Hope you’re having a lovely Monday! xoxo
I love that you mention that you’re dressing with the weather Ada. Great restaurants cook with the seasons, and I think style is about adapting with the weather. I read once Karl Lagerfeld said he looks at the sky every morning and that dictate how he dresses. I’m so excited to add a blazer some shorts and some white tennis shoes in to round out my summer wardrobe (finally got a pair of white skinnies over the weekend). Happy Monday!

Still haven’t found my pair of white jeans. 🙁
Absolutely adore these – top inspiration! xx

Ada,
This is all me for the weekend. Relaxating and comfortable clothing is all I crave these days. It’s been not such a bad summer but there’ve been a few hot days that have been almost airless.
